While eating last night one of my permanent crowns fell out. Is there anything I can do until I can see a dentist which might not be until Monday.

If the tooth is not bothering you, your best option is to simply brush and clean the area well until you can see your dentist. If the crown still has a good fit, sometimes you can use a little toothpaste to glue it back on temporarily, but there is certainly a greater risk of aspirating or swallowing it if you do so.
